Real Estate Bar Prep is run online and has no public premises; correspondence is by email or telephone, above. A copy of these terms, the refund policy and your receipt are available to you at any time. Email us and we will send them.

Real Estate Bar Prep is an independent business. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Law Society of Ontario or any licensing body.

Nothing on this site or in the course content is issued, reviewed or approved by the Law Society or by any other licensing body. The course is private preparation, taught by a practising lawyer, and it is not a substitute for the official licensing materials.

A live course of 10 hours, taught across two days on Zoom, covering the real estate portion of the Ontario solicitor licensing examination. The next course runs Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October 2026.

Enrolment includes:

• All 10 live hours, taught live over two days
• Live Q&A with the instructor throughout
• Practice questions and worked answers
• A study summary you keep, covering the course topics
• A receipt for your payment

The course is delivered live and is not recorded, so there is no post-course replay or catch-up access. You keep the study summary.

We do not guarantee that you will pass, and we make no claim about your likely result. We publish no pass rates. The course covers the topics listed on this site; it does not claim to predict, reproduce or cover the contents of any examination, and no statement here should be read as telling you what an examination will contain.

The fee is $500 plus 13% HST, which comes to $565. We confirm the exact amount by email before you pay, and we send you a receipt.

You reserve a place by contacting us. There is no online card checkout at present. We reply to confirm your place and email you payment instructions.

Payment is by Interac e-Transfer to info@realestatebarprep.ca. Card payments are coming soon; until then, Interac e-Transfer is how the fee is paid.

Real Estate Bar Prep emails your Zoom link within 24 hours of your payment, to the email address you contact us from. Check your spam folder first. If nothing has arrived, email us. Do not assume your place has not been held.

These are set out in full in our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

The course content and the study summary are licensed to you personally, for your own preparation. Please do not share, resell, republish or upload them. This is a one-person business and the teaching is the product.

If a technical failure means a session cannot run or has to be cut short, we will either reschedule the affected session or move you to another weekend at no charge, and we will tell you which within a reasonable time. If we cancel the course entirely, see the refund policy.

The course is educational. It is not legal advice, and taking it does not create a solicitor-client relationship with the instructor or with any firm. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
