Privacy policy

When you send an enquiry through the form on this site, we collect your name and email address, and anything else you choose to add: your phone number, which course date you are interested in, and your message. We use it only to reply to you.

When you enrol, we also collect:

• your name and email address, so we can send your Zoom link and the emails needed to run the course;
• which course date or licensing sitting you are preparing for, so the session can be pitched at the right point in your preparation;
• a record that you paid, and for what.

If you email, call or message us, we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and refer back to it.

Payment is by Interac e-Transfer, arranged by email after you enquire. That goes through your own bank and Interac, not through this website. We never ask for, see or store your card or bank account numbers. We keep a record that you paid and for how much.

• Brevo: delivers your enquiry to us and sends the emails needed to run the course.
• Vercel: hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.
• Zoom: runs the live sessions.

Payment is by Interac e-Transfer, which is handled by your own bank, not by us.

Some of these providers store or process data outside Canada. Using them means your information may be handled in another country and be subject to the laws there.

Everyone who enrols gets the emails needed to deliver the course: your Zoom link and practical updates about the sessions. Those are part of the service, along with your receipt.

We only send you anything else if you ask us to. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects the course you have paid for.

Enrolment and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Course email lists are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you.

Email info@realestatebarprep.ca and ask. You can request a copy of what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third-party font service, so visiting these pages does not report your visit to anyone else.
