Refund & cancellation policy

You can cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before your course starts, and receive a full refund. Because sessions begin at 12:00 pm ET on the Saturday, that cutoff is 12:00 pm ET on the Friday before your weekend.

Email info@realestatebarprep.ca and say you would like to cancel. No reason is needed and none will be asked for.

Instead of cancelling, you may move your place to another weekend free of charge, up to the same cutoff: 24 hours before the session you are booked on. A weekend runs every week through the season, so there is usually another one close by.

Once you are within 24 hours of your session, the fee is non-refundable and the place cannot be transferred, because the seat is being held for you. If you then miss the course, the fee is not refunded. The course is live and is not recorded, but you keep the study summary of the course topics.

The next course runs Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October 2026. If we have to cancel or reschedule it, you may move to another weekend at no charge.

If we cancel the course and you do not want to move to another weekend, we refund you in full.

If you cannot make the replacement date, contact us. We will not leave you holding a place you cannot use.

Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under Ontario consumer protection legislation. Where the law gives you a stronger right than this policy does, the law applies.

Refunds are sent by Interac e-Transfer to the email address you paid from, for the full amount received. We send it as soon as we have processed your request.
